Job summary

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is seeking an Approved Electrician for a mobile role covering Worcester. You will perform remedial work, general maintenance and repairs across our properties, ensuring work is completed to spec with a right-first-time approach and delivering strong customer service.

Applicants should have an electrical apprenticeship or NVQ L3, AM2, and 2391 (or equivalent), plus 18th Edition; a full driving licence and DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or NVQ L3 in Electrical installation.
• AM2 qualification.
• 2391 or equivalent for testing and inspection.
• 18th Edition Regulation.
• If lacking 2391, may be classed as Electrician (£38,296) with upskilling path.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical work and services in domestic settings.
• Work for a social landlord, housing association or council.
• Deliver responsive repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a mobile role with a valid driving licence.
• DBS check required.
