Job summary

Currys are seeking a White Goods Engineer for their Basingstoke Customer Service Centre. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of 30-38k and a 5 over 7 days shift pattern.

You will diagnose, repair and service household appliances, often working alone in customers’ homes, with ongoing training and support from the team. You’ll drive your company van, test and fix appliances, and apply your knowledge to keep customers’ devices running.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
• Full UK/EU driving licence with <=6 penalty points.
• ACS qualifications in CCN1/CKR1 preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive company van and manage own day-to-day schedule.
• Test, diagnose and repair white goods in customers' homes.
• Provide and apply technical knowledge across white goods.
• Build the company’s reputation as a home services expert.
