At Vertu Motors PLC, we are looking to recruit a Mobile Alloy Wheel Technician to be based across our dealerships in the Leicester area. This is a key position that plays a major role in achieving our success by providing professional 'right first-time repairs' to our customers and dealerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our most successful divisions, Vertu Cosmetic Repair, and contribute to our growth plan.

We offer a competitive basic salary with an OTE of up to £47,000.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Perform alloy wheel repairs with proficiency and accuracy, working within time constraints and deadlines.
  • Operate autonomously, reporting to the Technical Manager.
  • Use a fully equipped van provided by the company to complete repairs at dealership sites to the highest standard.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a repairer role with a successful track record.
  • Strong customer focus, relationship maintenance, and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and tasks.
