Job summary

Westwood Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning installation engineer to join a proactive mechanical engineering team, delivering national coverage on projects for blue chip clients. You will travel across the UK with overnight stays organised by the company and install split units, VRVs and AHUs.

The ideal candidate will be keen to learn and develop new skills within a fast-growing company and benefit from future training as it expands its success platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in air conditioning installations.
• Good knowledge and recent experience of mechanical installations.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• CSCS/IPAF would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems including split units, VRVs and AHUs.
• Provide national coverage across various sites in the UK with overnight stays.
• Work autonomously or within a team on multiple projects.
• Maintain good communication and safety on site.

Summary

The role is for a Mobile Air Conditioning installation engineer. You will be a member of a successful, proactive engineering team, providing national coverage to support the completion of projects to our blue chip customers. The role will involve working throughout various key sites in the UK, with overnight stays covered by the company. The role will cover installation of, Split Units, VRV's, AHU's.

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be part of a forward-thinking mechanical engineering team, is looking to learn and develop new skills, and someone who is keen to be part of a fast-growing company. My client is focused on long term objectives and would look to improve individual skills and offer future training as they build for their future success platform.

Basic skills required:

• Must have
• Experience in Air Conditioning installations.
• Good knowledge and recent experience of mechanical installations
• Good communication skills
• Good attitude and work ethic.
• Can work well alone or in a team
• Basic knowledge of using a smart phone
• Full clean UK driving license

Would be beneficial to have:

• Cscs card
• Ipaf
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
