Job summary

Join a leading Facilities and Maintenance team as an Air Conditioning Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine servicing and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and engaging with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have proven experience and relevant certifications including NVQ Level 2 and FGAS Category 1.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AC Engineer.
• Strong health & safety understanding.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Are you an experienced AC Engineer seeking a new role?

Do you want the opportunity to join a leading Facilities and Maintenance team?

Role: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Sussex, Surrey, Kent

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4:30

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs on Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure
• Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems
• Carrying out mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, and valves
• Completing minor installation work
• Engaging with stakeholders and providing fault diagnostics as needed

What are the requirements?

• Proven experience as the AC Engineer
• NVQ Level 2 - Air Conditioning
• Strong health & safety understanding
• FGAS - Category 1
• Commercial Gas
• Full UK Driving Licence
