Job summary

A leading Facilities and Maintenance team is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their dynamic workforce. This full-time role requires proven technical skills in servicing and repairing air conditioning systems, along with relevant qualifications. The successful candidate will undertake a range of mechanical maintenance duties, interact with stakeholders, and ensure high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AC Engineer.
• FGAS - Category 1 required.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Adjust BMS systems to rectify hot/cold issues.
• Engage with stakeholders for fault diagnostics.

Are you an experienced AC Engineer seeking a new role?

Do you want the opportunity to join a leading Facilities and Maintenance team?

Role: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Sussex, Surrey, Kent

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 4:30

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing PPM servicing, fault–finding, and reactive breakdown repairs on Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure
• Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems
• Carrying out mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, and valves
• Completing minor installation work
• Engaging with stakeholders and providing fault diagnostics as needed

What are the requirements?

• Proven experience as the AC Engineer
• NVQ Level 2 – Air Conditioning
• Strong health & safety understanding
• FGAS – Category 1
• Commercial Gas
• Full UK Driving Licence
