Job summary

A leading Facilities and Maintenance team is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer for a permanent full-time role based in Sussex, Surrey, and Kent. This position involves performing PPM servicing, mechanical maintenance, and engaging with stakeholders. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 2 certification, strong health & safety knowledge, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as the AC Engineer.
• FGAS - Category 1 certification required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, and valves.

Role: Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: Sussex, Surrey, Kent

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4:30

As the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs on Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure
• Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems
• Carrying out mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, and valves
• Completing minor installation work
• Engaging with stakeholders and providing fault diagnostics as needed

What are the requirements?

• Proven experience as the AC Engineer
• NVQ Level 2 - Air Conditioning
• Strong health & safety understanding
• FGAS - Category 1
• Commercial Gas
• Full UK Driving Licence
