Overview

Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Van Mobile - £50,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting several Air Conditioning engineers to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract around London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with lots of potential for extra money with overtime.

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to £50,000
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 17:00 pm
• 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant
• Pressure leak tests
• Fault finding
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical knowledge would be beneficial
• Extensive building services knowledge

Requirements

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Electrical Knowledge (Preferred)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
