Job summary

Wates Group is seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer (Air Conditioning) to join our mobile team and cover the South East region. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure safety and site compliance while delivering excellent customer service at client premises.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• F-Gas certification is essential.
• Proven experience in AC maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while working on client premises.
• Complete all required documentation and reporting accurately.
