Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer for a field-based role covering Manchester and surrounding sites. You will work Mon-Fri with door-to-door pay, earning £44,000-£50,000 base plus overtime, van, fuel card and benefits.

In this role you will service, fault-find and maintain split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems across commercial and hospitality sites, completing reports via a mobile app and building strong client relationships on every visit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer within FM or commercial contracting.
• Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Servicing, testing, and maintaining split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
• Diagnosing electrical and refrigeration faults and completing repairs to a high standard.
• Raising quotes and recommendations for remedial works and upgrades.
• Completing job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation via a mobile app.
• Building strong relationships with site teams and clients, representing the business professionally on every visit.
