Qualifications

• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning required.
• F-Gas Cat 1 certification required.
• Experience in Mechanical/HVAC or Building Services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM's and Reactive works.
• Conduct HVAC Maintenance.
• Work on AHU's & FCU's.
• Handle Splits/VRF's.
• Update contract managers with relevant information.
• Maintain site logbooks.
• Provide further works reports as needed.
• Complete all works to a high standard.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for tasks.

Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Would you like to work for an established Facilities Maintenance provider?

GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile AC Engineer to work on across a portfolio of buildings within Central London and Southeast England. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and be happy to commute within Southeast England.

The successful candidate will be carrying out Maintenance, Install and Reactive tasks across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a AC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity.

In return the company are offering a salary up to 47,000 with overtime, progression, Van + Fuel card provided as well.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM's and Reactive works
• HVAC Maintenance
• AHU's & FCU's
• Splits/VRF's
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Updating site logbooks
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks

Required Skills:
