Job summary

Approach Personnel are partnered with a facility management business in London seeking a Mobile AC Engineer on a permanent basis. The candidate must hold a full UK driving license and relevant certification (IPAF, PASMA) with experience in MS Office and Building Management Systems.

The role requires weekly timesheets and expense submissions, on-site paperwork, and documenting plant details for invoicing. You will also complete installation certificates for any electrical works carried out.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License
• IPAF and PASMA certifications required
• Knowledge and use of computer software – Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Completing a weekly time sheet correctly and submitting it to your line manager weekly.
• Submitting expenses weekly with all supporting receipts.
• Completing all necessary paperwork for the customer whilst on site and obtaining a customer’s signature to enable invoicing without delays.
• Completing engineer’s worksheet with full details of plant requiring work.
• Completing Minor Works and Installation Certificates on completion of any electrical installations or alterations.

Key Requirements:
