Job description

Other - Agenda for Change, Band 7 - £46,148 plus high-cost area supplement where applicable.

Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week, with consideration for compressed or job-sharing hours.

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

Are you committed to helping us regulate health and social care within England? The Maternity and Newborn Safety Investigation Programme is part of a national strategy to improve maternity safety across the NHS in England. Hosted by CQC since October 2023, the programme aims to reduce harm by 50% by 2025, continuing its efforts for the next two years.

The Business Development Manager will manage key programmes and support the programme leadership team by developing strategies, conducting audits, and promoting best practices. You will support the delivery of the MNSI Business Plan and ensure all activities align with the CQC Service level agreements, embodying MNSI values.
