What You Will Do

• Deliver out-of-track training and assessments at the company's training centre and other approved locations.
• Assist in the creation of new training materials to ensure continuous improvement in training delivery.
• Provide training and conduct assessments on customer sites across the UK.
• Undertake site assessments for third-party welders, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain training facilities, including equipment, classrooms, and welding stillages, to the highest standards.
• Support the development and testing of new products and processes to enhance the company's offerings.

What You Will Bring

• NVQ qualifications for delivering training and assessments.
• Proven experience as a welder, qualified to TW5 minimum, with a strong track record in MMA welding.
• Sentinel competency in TW1 - TW5 & RT1 - RT5, as well as MMA1 - MMA4.
• Knowledge of Network Rail MMA and Flux Core Automatic Welding (FCAW1 - FCAW4) processes.
• Welding Inspector qualification (WI.1/2) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A deep understanding of Welding processes.
