Summary

We are seeking a skilled MM/PP Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges and implementing solutions using SAP (ECC and S/4 HANA) and associated business applications. Your expertise will help us improve business performance, meet user requirements, and drive cost-effective solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include system configuration, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MM/PP modules is essential, and knowledge of other SAP modules is a plus.

Key Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in SAP MM/PP module with the ability to configure the module at a project level.
• Knowledge of SAP ECM, QM, and PM modules is desired.
• Translate user requirements into effective application system solutions.
• Collaborate with various groups within and outside the organization to resolve business issues.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams to design complex processes and procedures for SAP and related application systems.
• Design specifications for specific forms and reports.
• Develop and execute test plans, document results, and coordinate end-user training as needed.
• Utilize query and reporting tools to provide timely information to system users.
• Coordinate project management functions for user groups, including planning, scheduling, and problem-solving.
• May work on support and maintenance of non-SAP applications or systems.
• Contribute to the creation and enforcement of IT software standards and procedures.
• Maintain helpdesk database and knowledge base for issue resolution.
