Job summary

Prima is seeking a Software Engineer- Machine Learning to join the Engineering team and help revolutionize motor insurance through data-driven solutions.

You will work with over 350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security, applying ML to identify risks and opportunities in our claims management platform, and collaborating to turn data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering mindset with production-grade code.
• Proficiency in Python and ML tooling with data handling.
• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, GenAI is a plus.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and cloud platforms (AWS) preferred.
• International experience and English fluency are nice-to-have.
