Job summary

Apple is seeking a software engineer to help evolve private cloud compute and ML inference on Apple Silicon. You will integrate inference code into a full service stack, ensuring reliable, scalable user traffic handling across disparate hardware IP blocks and SoCs.

You will work with Swift, C/C++, and XCode on large production systems, evaluating models for quality and performance while collaborating across product teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a software engineer on large production systems.
• Experience programming in: Swift, C, C++, iOS/macOS or XCode.
• Practical experience running machine learning models and evaluating them for quality and performance metrics.
• Familiar with Apple ML stack (ANE, CoreML, MPS/Metal) and distributed ML stacks.
