You will influence platform architecture, drive best practices, and collaborate with Data Science, Risk and Engineering to deliver enterprise-scale ML solutions. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience within ML Engineering, MLOps or ML Platform teams.
• Strong software engineering background with Python and cloud technologies.
• Experience owning ML platforms and production machine learning environments.
• Track record of deploying, monitoring and maintaining ML systems at scale.
• Ability to balance hands-on engineering with people management responsibilities.
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, MLflow, Airflow or similar tooling would be advantageous.

• Lead and mentor a team of ML Engineers whilst remaining technically hands-on.
• Drive the development of ML infrastructure, MLOps processes and platform reliability.
• Support the deployment, monitoring and governance of machine learning models in production.

• Help define the future direction and growth of the ML Engineering function.
