Harnham in London is seeking an experienced ML Engineering Manager to lead a growing team while remaining hands-on in technical delivery. You will own delivery, reliability and the growth of production-grade ML systems across Snowflake and cloud infrastructure.

You will mentor engineers, drive MLOps maturity, and collaborate with data science, engineering and business stakeholders to shape the ML roadmap and ensure scalable, reliable models and pipelines.

• Experience leading ML Eng / MLOps teams and delivering production ML.
• Owns platform delivery, reliability, and operational performance.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring while driving ML infra maturity.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of ML Engineers and MLOps specialists.
• Own team delivery, platform reliability and operational performance.
• Build and improve production-grade ML systems and pipelines.
• Drive MLOps maturity, deployment processes and model lifecycle management.
• Establish engineering best practices across ML infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering and business stakeholders.
• Support growth and hiring strategy for ML Engineering.
• Contribute hands-on via coding, architecture reviews, debugging and deployments.
