Job summary

Wayve is seeking a highly capable ML/RE engineer to advance GAIA-class world models and synthetic-data pipelines for autonomous driving. You will join Simulation Teams and balance research and engineering tasks, pushing robust, scalable generation and training systems for real-vehicle data integration.

You will work closely with researchers and platform engineers to evolve conditioning, calibration, and multi-camera setups, while targeting higher throughput and reliability in production-like

Qualifications

• 4+ years in applied ML / research engineering.
• Strong Python and PyTorch, experience with GPU training.

Responsibilities

• Post-train or ablate GAIA world-model checkpoints and assess failures.
• Manage large-scale generation jobs for thousands of segments.
• Land synthetic data into driving-model training and quality-filter outputs.
• Improve throughput with inference optimisations and self-serve workflows.
