Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Solution Consultant (m/f/*) for CPG/Manufacturing to join our team. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to design and implement supply chain solutions that optimize planning, forecasting, and execution.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, testing, and training, with a focus on data analytics, SQL proficiency, and clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation.
• Experience in manufacturing operations with planning and scheduling knowledge.
• Strong data analytics, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; proficient in SQL.
• Experience leading testing, QA, training or user adoption with customers.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross-team collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluency in English required; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and planning needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design tailored supply chain solutions that drive customer profitability.
• Ensure smooth integration of our product with clients' existing systems and processes.
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the solutions meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Guide customers in maximizing the value and efficiency of our product, ensuring they fully leverage its capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support to help clients resolve critical incidents and achieve continuous improvements through value-driven development.
