Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ fluency in English and Dutch; written and spoken ability
• Strong business writing and reporting skills.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret detailed instructions across projects.
• Proficiency in researching and synthesizing information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
• Work with diverse data types (text, speech, image, video).
• Deliver high-quality labeled data using guidelines and in-house tools.
• Serve as subject matter expert for ML data workflows and labeling tasks.
• Make logical decisions even when information is ambiguous.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and adaptability across tasks.
• Support daily operations with metrics like AHT, quality, and TAT.
• Identify root causes and propose quality improvements in labeling.
