Job summary

Clermont Hotel Group is seeking a Mixologist Team Leader for its Vu Bar. You will guide a team of mixologists to deliver creative cocktails and extraordinary hospitality in a busy hotel setting.

You’ll craft menus, test ingredients, and partner with management to ensure exceptional guest experiences across bars and venues.

The Tower Hotel is a 4 star deluxe Hotel overlooking the Thames, next to Tower Bridge. The hotel's 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and 19 meeting rooms benefit from stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks.

What you'll be doing

Are you a passionate mixologist with a flair for leadership and a dedication to crafting unforgettable guest experiences?

As the Mixologist Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Bar stands out as a premier destination for innovative cocktails and outstanding hospitality. You will lead a talented team of mixologists, guiding them in their craft while fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment. Your expertise in mixology, combined with your leadership skills, will help create an extraordinary experience for our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and refining our cocktail menu, experimenting with unique ingredients, and introducing new concepts that reflect our brand's bold and creative spirit. You will work closely with the hotel management and F&B departments to ensure that our Bar consistently exceeds guest expectations.
