Fulham Pier delivers exceptional hospitality in a unique riverside setting combining the excitement of matchdays with exclusive events and private functions. Our bars and lounges are renowned for premium service and expertly crafted drinks.

We are looking for skilled and passionate Mixologists to join our bar team. This is your chance to showcase your cocktail knowledge and creativity in a fast paced vibrant environment.

What you will be doing

Preparing and serving a range of classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard

Delivering excellent customer service with energy and attention to detail

Maintaining a clean organised and well stocked bar at all times

Supporting the bar team during busy matchdays and exclusive events

Upselling premium products and enhancing the guest experience

About you

Previous experience as a mixologist or cocktail bartender in a busy bar or hospitality setting

Confident in your knowledge of spirits wines and cocktail recipes

A passion for creating memorable moments through great drinks and service

Able to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a high energy team

Flexible and available to work evenings weekends and matchdays as required

Competitive hourly pay £15.16 per hour
