We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. The on-target earning potential for this role is a £ 27,196 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £25,396 supplemented by an estimated £1,800 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.

About the role

As a Mixologist at The Belfry’s Brabazon Bar, you'll have the opportunity to craft exceptional and memorable cocktails, providing guests with a personalised experience each time they visit. Working alongside a dedicated team of hospitality professionals, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every guest has an extraordinary experience. From perfecting classic cocktails to creating innovative signature drinks, your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for mixology will be vital in delivering top-tier beverages and making every moment at the Brabazon Bar truly unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance in building & the planning of the bar’s drinks & cocktail menu.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages to guests, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Offer recommendations and tailor drinks to guests' individual preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory.
• Ensure excellent guest service, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues across departments.

Ideal Candidate:

• A skilled Mixologist with a passion for the art of cocktails and an understanding of premium spirits and wines.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and a flair for creativity in drink presentation.
• Experience in a high-end hospitality or bar environment (experience in hotels is a plus but not essential).
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a personalised and enjoyable experience.
• A positive, professional attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
