Job Title: Mixing Operator
Location: Flint, Flintshire

Overview

An established manufacturing business specialising in plastic and composite components is seeking a Mixing Operator to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work in a modern manufacturing environment with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Shifts

37 hours per week – Monday to Wednesday (rotating weekly)

  • Days: 05:50 – 18:10
  • Nights: 17:50 – 06:10
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mixing and blending equipment in accordance with production requirements.
  • Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials.
  • Monitor and adjust the mixing process to ensure consistent quality and performance.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and promptly report any maintenance issues.
Experience & Attributes
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or plastics processing environment is desirable, though full training will be provided.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
