Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £13.35
Breaks: 3 x 20-minute unpaid breaks per shift

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Mixing Operatives to work at a well-established bread manufacturing site based on the docks in Grimsby. This is a key role in the bakery process, responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients to high standards. While full training is provided, previous experience in a mixing or food production environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Weighing, preparing, and mixing ingredients to precise specifications

Operating and maintaining mixing equipment

Recording batch data accurately and reporting any issues

Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the mixing area

Following all health & safety and food safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in mixing or a similar production role preferred

Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern

Physically capable of manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment
