Job summary

Mixing Operative - Blending, Mixing & Filling
Location: Swillington, Leeds Full-Time Position Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 3.45pm, Friday 7.30am - 11.30am

We are currently seeking a Mixing Operative to join our production team. If you're experienced in blending, mixing, and testing, and you're reliable with a strong work ethic - we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Blending and preparing grease mixtures to meet exact specifications

• Using a Forklift Truck (FLT) with integrated scales to decant 200kg barrels

• Conducting quality tests to ensure specification compliance

• Filling off into various pack sizes: 5kg, 18kg, 200kg, and others

• Maintaining a clean and efficient working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grease or chemical blending is essential

• FLT Counterbalance licence preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Punctual, reliable, and ready to work as part of a hands-on team

• Able to follow processes and safety protocols
