Overview

A new opportunity has arisen with FM Conway for a Mixing Operative to join our Aggregates and Asphalt division. The role will be based in Heathrow, working a 4 on 4 off shift which covers days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate the plant to manufacture a range of asphalt products.
• Carry out required maintenance duties.
• Liaise with the Service Coordinator to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Ensure that all vehicles leaving the site are of the correct weight and have the appropriate documents.
• Report plant and other defects and maintain production records.
• Assist with weighbridge duties as and when required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with computer systems.
• Strong communicator with a professional telephone manner.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Any experience of working with win-weigh system or weighbridge systems would be great but not essential.
