Job summary

Acorn Recruitment is seeking a Mixing & Dispensing Operative in Tiverton to join a busy manufacturing team. The role involves weighing ingredients, mixing products to precise specifications and ensuring smooth operation of production lines.

Full training is provided and there is a clear path to permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work a fast-paced shift from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Previous manufacturing, production, mixing or dispensing experience.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients and materials accurately.
• Mix and dispense products to precise specifications.
• Follow production instructions and recipes.
• Complete production and quality records.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and housekeeping.
• Support the wider production team to meet targets.

What We Offer

• Increase to £14.90 per hour when fully trained.
