I’ve partnered with a leading UK Managing Agent on the recruitment of an Estate Manager role for a prime mixed-use development in the centre of Bristol. This role will oversee the facilities for a newly redeveloped scheme that is host to office, F&B, residential, and hotel offerings.

You will be…

  • Liaising with commercial tenants for Grade A office space and high-end F&B providers!
  • Given autonomy and have the opportunity to instil your own culture within the scheme.
  • In a customer and client-facing environment!
  • Managing contractors, health and safety, and budgets.
