I’ve partnered with a leading UK Managing Agent to recruit an Estate Manager for a prime mixed-use development in the centre of Bristol. This role will oversee facilities for a newly redeveloped scheme that includes office, F&B, residential, and hotel offerings.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with commercial tenants for Grade A office space and high-end F&B providers
• Working with autonomy and shaping the culture within the scheme
• Engaging in customer and client-facing interactions
• Managing contractors, health and safety, and budgets
