Job summary

Insite US in Manchester is seeking a Mixed Tax Senior to manage a varied client portfolio and deliver tax compliance and advisory work. The role offers hybrid working in Manchester and exposure to both personal and corporate tax across a growing practice.

The successful candidate will have solid tax experience in an accountancy setting, with potential ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA qualifications advantageous and strong client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Solid tax experience gained within an accountancy practice.
• You could currently be working as a Tax Senior, Mixed Tax Senior, Personal Tax Senior or Assistant Tax Manager.
• ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification would be advantageous.
• Strong UK tax knowledge.
• Experience across personal and/or corporate tax.
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
• Good client management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage your own portfolio and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
• Preparing and reviewing personal and corporate tax returns
• Dealing with HMRC correspondence and client queries
• Assisting with tax planning and advisory assignments

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mixed Tax Senior to join a growing accountancy firm in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tax Senior looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive team, working with a varied portfolio of clients and gaining exposure across both personal and corporate tax.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio and assisting with a range of tax compliance and advisory work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
