Qualifications

• Solid experience in both compliance and advisory work.
• Experience managing your own portfolio of clients.
• Worked in practice before.

Responsibilities

• Managing private client tax compliance and liaising with HMRC.
• Leading on advisory projects for both private and corporate clients.
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services to clients.
• Working closely with partners and other departments.

Skills

Proven experience in private client and/or corporate tax

Strong technical knowledge across compliance and advisory

Ability to manage client relationships and work autonomously

Commercial awareness and a proactive approach

Trust taxation experience

Experience managing and reviewing junior team members

Track record in business development or identifying new opportunities

Education

ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent)
