About the Role:

This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong personal tax background, looking to step up into a managerial post with broad exposure to both compliance and advisory work across tax disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage a varied portfolio of clients including business owners, private clients, and entrepreneurial SMEs
• 
  Lead on tax advisory projects such as Capital Gains Tax mitigation, Inheritance Tax planning, trust structuring, and profit extraction strategies
• 
  Oversee compliance matters for personal tax, partnership, trust, and corporate tax filings
• 
  Provide HMRC disclosures and act as a technical advisor to clients and colleagues across the wider firm

What You'll Bring:

• 
  Strong technical expertise in personal tax, with experience across wider mixed tax areas
• 
  Previous experience in a professional services environment, ideally within a regional or boutique firm
• 
  Familiarity with tax software such as IRIS is a bonus, but not essential
