Job summary

IVC Evidensia in Scotland is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join a genuinely varied mixed practice across two sites, Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. The role covers small animal, farm and equine work with a supportive team and flexible patterns.

You will contribute to high‑quality care, develop interests across species, and build strong client relationships in a rural Highland Perthshire community. Flexible hours and work-life balance are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Registered veterinary surgeon with an active RCVS registration.
• Experience or strong interest in mixed animal practice.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across small animal, farm and equine work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care across small animal, farm and equine cases.
• Manage consultations, surgical procedures and emergency presentations.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota and support two-site continuity of care.
• Build strong client relationships within a rural community.
