Cook Trading Limited is seeking a Mix & Weight Team Member for our Sittingbourne site. The role supports the kitchen, ensuring precise following of recipes and strict temperature controls, with most shifts overnight or on days you choose.

You will join a dedicated team working 5 days of 7, with pay rates of £14.00 day and £15.50 night per hour. A strong eye for detail and good communication are essential for maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
• Good understanding of cooking processes, temperatures and times.
• Clear communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow recipes and mixing instructions.
• Ensure ingredients are cooked, cooled, and handled at correct temperatures before mixing.
• Monitor and manage cooking and cooling times to meet food safety standards.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
• Support the kitchen team when required.
• Liaise between kitchen and finishing departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area.
