As Miu Miu Client Advisor, you guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client above all, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a brand ambassador. You convey and promote the brand philosophy and values to the final clients, guiding them into the world of Prada. You hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and team sales target, acting as a proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to the customer needs for both in-store and e-commerce channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Placing the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their every need and request, providing them with excellent service in accordance with the client journey ceremony;
- Exceeding individual sales targets and maximizing own sales performances, contributing to the success of the entire store;
- Exceeding KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service;
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the products as well as Prada history, culture, and DNA;
- Capturing customer data into the company CRM to connect with the client, maintain and develop relationships, and offer a personalized approach;
- Embracing and promoting the omni-channel mindset;
- Building and maintaining ample knowledge of the world of luxury fashion by being constantly informed on fashion trends and competitors;
- Taking ownership of resolving client complaints, liaising with the line manager and client service team when necessary;
- Operating with the highest level of care and respect for the products;
- Utilizing company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience;
- Hosting and conducting customer appointments, either in-person or virtually;
- Working in synergy with the back of house, participating in daily store operations, and maintaining an organized stock room;
- Acting in compliance with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities;
- Working as a team player, partnering with fellow colleagues, and fostering open and constructive communication to ensure a consistent exceptional experience.
Requirements include:
- Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand;
- Understanding of luxury customer service;
- Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients;
- Ability to work in a team as well as alone;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluency in English.
