Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager in Cardiff to oversee the electrical installation and delivery of large-scale mission-critical projects. The role requires hands-on leadership, on-site presence five days a week, and travel/stay commitments as needed.

You will drive progress, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with design, commercial and project teams to achieve on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• A strong electrical background and sector knowledge.
• Proven experience leading on large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site electrical installation, coordination and delivery of large-scale mission-critical projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams ensuring safety, quality and compliance.
• Drive daily progress meetings, report milestones and keep projects on schedule and budget.
