Contract: Permanent
Essential Qualification: Social Work qualification OR equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field involving children and young people.

The Role
Working in a busy environment, you will be pivotal in coordinating both our operational and strategic response to missing children and young people in Bolton or cared for by Bolton out of area. You will work with many different teams within children’s services and with other agencies to make sure children are found and are safe and to strive to ensure that they do not go missing again.

About You
With a good understanding of procedures for missing children and a background in working in children or young people’s services, you will be passionate and tenacious about ensuring children are found and safe. You will be used to working with a range of different teams and services and be able to build effective partnership arrangements and influence across all levels of the organisation and wider Safeguarding Children’s Partnership.
