Job summary

The Children’s Society is seeking a dedicated professional to deliver the Missing From Home Return Interview Service within England and Wales. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to safeguard missing children and respond to at-risk youth with appropriate support.

Experience with vulnerable children, risk assessment, and coordinating with various agencies is essential. The role emphasizes safeguarding, anonymised shortlisting, and flexible collaboration across services.

Qualifications

• Experience of working directly with vulnerable children.
• Experience with assessing needs and risk and planning interventions.

Responsibilities

• Complete Missing from Home Return Interviews with children and young people.
• Co-work interventions with multidisciplinary team and other agencies.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and supervised appropriately.
