A regional police force in Kidlington is seeking an experienced individual to manage misconduct proceedings and provide expert advice and training. Within this challenging role, you will manage and facilitate misconduct proceedings in respect of officers and staff within TVP, in accordance with the regulatory and legislative requirements, and provide advice and training as subject matter expert.
An experienced individual with a high degree of communication and literacy skills, handling detailed investigation reports and evidential material to expedite a judicial process. You will be an assertive individual with strong communication and influencing skills and high levels of emotional intelligence. High levels of personal resilience is required with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively. The ability to build effective working relationships with managers and staff/officers at all levels of the organisation and external bodies, e.g. the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner, barristers and solicitors, is essential. Strong decision making and problem solving skills are required together with the ability to work on your own initiative. The ability to adapt your style effectively according to your audience is essential.
