Walsall College is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for their Management Information Services team to enhance student experiences. This role involves delivering high-quality administrative support and maintaining data compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and relevant qualifications to ensure excellent service at campus support desks.
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Management Information Services team, supporting our commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.
In this pivotal role, you will provide flexible, proactive, and student-focused administrative and data processing support. You'll play a key part in ensuring that every student receives an excellent service at our Customer Advice and Support Centre desks across campuses and ensure that data processing is timely and accurate.
This role is ideal for someone who has outstanding customer service skills and has an excellent understanding of data compliance standards in line with funding agency rules as well as knowledge of Student Bursaries and the Student Loans (FE & HE).
