We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Analyst – Pro Monitor to join our Information Services team. This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the use of ProMonitor and other MIS systems across the Group. You will work closely with colleagues at all levels to improve data quality, streamline processes, and ensure that systems are used effectively to support decision-making and student success.

You are an experienced MIS professional with a strong background in further education and a deep understanding of ProMonitor. You’ve successfully used MIS systems to improve business processes, enhance data quality, and support strategic decision-making. Your ability to analyse data, identify areas for improvement, and implement practical solutions makes you a valuable asset to any team.
You’re a confident communicator who can engage with staff at all levels, deliver training, and translate complex data into clear insights. You’re collaborative, organised, and committed to high standards of data protection, safeguarding, and equality. You’re also eager to continue developing your technical skills, particularly in SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
