Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Hours per week: 37.50

Working Days & Times: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 5:00pm

As an MIS Administrator this role requires you to provide effective administrative support to the data processing of the Skills provision, primarily working on learner enrolment queries. You must therefore be confident and competent on the telephone and possess excellent IT skills.

DUTIES
  • Ensure induction paperwork meets the paperwork standards as set out in the scoping document
  • Check learner induction paperwork has been completed accurately ensuring all audit requirements and timescales have been met
  • Make decisions regarding eligibility ensuring compliance with funding rules and regulations
  • Resolve enrolment queries in a timely manner in line with team targets
  • Follow processes put in place to ensure the data entry input process is standardised across the team
  • Accurately input learner records onto ProSolution, meeting daily targets
  • Liaise with induction team with issues regarding inductors and support them to address queries timely
  • Respond to queries from funding partners accurately and timely
  • Support other members of the team to ensure learner queries are addressed timely
  • Issue inductors with sample paperwork and course codes for each college and ensure they have a full understanding of the paperwork requirements
  • Support the Skills Division and other members of the team with residency and eligibility queries
  • Mark English and maths initial assessments as required
  • Assist with scanning and archiving
  • Correspond accurately and timely with learners and inductors
  • Correspond in a professional manner with any customer including inductors
  • Generate reports as requested
  • Attend, organise and prepare documentation, agendas and minutes for meetings
