Job summary

Scholars’ Education Trust is seeking an MIS Administrator to join SET Central Offices, St Albans. You will support data accuracy, consistency and reporting across systems, ensuring leaders have high‑quality information for workforce planning.

This fixed‑term role (12 months) is 20 hours per week across 38 weeks (term time only). Salary starts at £27,600 and progresses to £28,906 with fringe allowance included. Office based with a professional dress code.

MIS Administrator

Scholars’ Education Trust

Based at SET Central Offices, St Albans

Grade: H4 + Fringe
Annual Salary: £27,600 progressing to £28,906 (Fringe allowance included)
Contract: Fixed term (12 months)
Hours: 20 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Term Time only)
Working pattern: Office based - hours worked over 5 or 4 days per week

Following the Trust-wide implementation of new MIS system, we have created a new temporary role to support the Trust in strengthening data accuracy, consistency and reporting across systems, ensuring leaders can rely on high-quality information and enabling the successful development of future integrated workforce management processes.

We are therefore looking for someone who has the skills, and personal qualities to provide high-quality administrative support and work with sensitive data across our forward-looking, successful, and growing Trust.

The role is based in our central offices on the Samuel Ryder Academy site in St Albans.

A professional dress code is expected.
