Over the last 12 months, our Scheduling team has doubled in size due to the extraordinary success and subsequent growth that Marlowe Fire and Security have achieved, and we aren’t stopping there! We are still actively looking to appoint skilled and experienced Schedulers and Planners to join our talented team to complement and enhance the existing capabilities, whilst further developing this flourishing team. We’re looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic Schedulers and Planners who can multi-task and cope within a high-paced environment whilst competently and confidently managing high-volumes of work.

Duties include

• Efficiently and profitably scheduling and dispatching Service & Maintenance Engineers to customers
• Proactively monitoring engineer’s activity
• Managing all phone and email messages and processing accordingly within SLA
• Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time
• Ensuring your engineer area is clear of jobs at the end of the shift

Who are we looking for?

• Our desired candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a scheduling and/or planning role.
• Ideally you will have worked with PPM and/or reactive service and maintenance engineers, however, we will also consider exceptional candidates who have worked in a similar role within installations.
• A fire and security industry background would be an advantage but by no means mandatory. If you are a natural born scheduler with exceptional planning skills, we can teach you all you’ll need to know about our business, industry and relevant disciplines.
• You will be excellent communicator with a good telephone manner, highly organised and customer focused
• Attention to detail is a must

Additional Info:

Due to the security nature of this role, if successful, we will need to complete a number of background checks including a credit check, five-year referencing history and DBS check. All offers will be subject to successful completion of these background checks. You will be working Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm in our new offices based in Salford Quays.
