This role offers 37 hours per week and all requeststo work flexibly will be considered, allowing for business needs, and reviewedannually. The salary will be pro-rata where part-time hours are undertaken.

OurMOD Dentists aim is to maximise the deployability of the Population at Risk, providingclinical outputs, improving, and managing the dental health and operationalfitness of service personnel for whom they are responsible for.
Within your contracted 37 weekly hours, 2 hours maybe attributed to nonclinical activities including practice meetings, training,and personal administration. The remainder of the contracted hours are to beutilised to provide clinical outputs and work will be directed towardsimproving and maintaining the dental health and operational fitness ofpersonnel for whom you are responsible.

The aim is to maximise the deployability of thePopulation at Risk for whom they are responsible. This is to be achieved whilstcomplying with General Dental Council standards, Defence policies (e.g., JointService Publications 950), Defence Primary Healthcare Standard OperatingProcedures and single Service regulations.

Asa result of the changes to the UK immigration rules which came into effect on 1January 2021, the Ministry of Defence will only offer sponsorship for a skilledworker visa under the points-based system, where a role has been deemed to bebusiness critical.
