The role requires sacramental and pastoral leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complexity while stewarding resources and supporting financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Deep sacramental spirituality.
• Proven leadership in nurturing healthy, growing churches.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complexity.
• Strong organisational and delegation skills.
• Confidence in teaching stewardship and supporting financial sustainability.
• Commitment to the ministry of all God’s people, including women and LGBTQIA+ clergy and laity.
