Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking caring, enthusiastic Support Workers in Fareham to help four adults live happy, fulfilling lives in their home and community. A full UK manual driving licence and willingness to drive a minibus are essential to support outings, appointments, shopping trips, and activities.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training will be provided.
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive a minibus.
• Ability to support people to live independently and participate in activities.

Responsibilities

• Support four adults with daily living tasks and personal care as needed.
• Assist with community access, outings, meals, and activities in the home and local area.
• Encourage independence, promote choices, and help people participate in meaningful activities.
